4. Order Confirmation (COD Orders)

  • For all Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you via WhatsApp or Call (+92 307 1114558) to confirm the order before dispatch.

  • If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be automatically cancelled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Tajwale is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors (strikes, weather, etc.).

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Tajwale pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. User Conduct

  • Any fraudulent use of the website or refusal to accept legitimate COD orders without valid reason may result in a permanent ban from our services.
