CANCELLATION POLICY


At Tajwale, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure a premium shopping experience. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Customers can cancel their order free of charge within 6 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 307 1114558 or email us at Tajwaleofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  • If the order has not yet been handed over to our courier partner, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund (if the order was prepaid).

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In the event that you no longer wish to receive the order after it has been shipped, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep. However, please note that frequent "Refusal at Doorstep" may result in your account being restricted from using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for future orders.

3. Cancellation by Tajwale

Tajwale reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address/contact details provided by the customer.

  • Suspicion of fraudulent transactions.

  • Failure to respond to order confirmation calls or messages (for COD orders).
