1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, boxes, and accessories are intact.

📌 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used jewelry

  • Items damaged due to mishandling

  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures of the product

    • Reason for return

Once approved, we will guide you through the return procedure.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refund method: Bank transfer or store credit.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any in future promotions) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
