RETURN & REFUND

At Tajwale, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers across Pakistan.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original tags/accessories will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of goods cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items.

  • Items on clearance or "Final Sale."

  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please WhatsApp us at +92 307 1114558 or email Tajwaleofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the product.

  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to our warehouse in Lahore.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent to the digital account (Bank/EasyPaisa) provided by the customer during the return process.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the package with proof of damage (Unboxing video is highly recommended).
