1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times depending on our courier partner's reach.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you via WhatsApp or Call at +92 307 1114558 to confirm your details before dispatching the package. Orders will not be shipped until confirmation is received.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Lahore: 1–2 Business Days.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 Business Days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 5–7 Business Days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sales events, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer competitive shipping rates across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for our "Free Shipping" promotions on specific items or minimum order values as displayed on our homepage.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website to stay updated on its status.

6. Delivery Attempts & Refusals

  • Our courier partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your package.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order and pay the COD amount.

  • Refusing a confirmed COD order at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in your address being blacklisted for future orders on Tajwale.com.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at Tajwaleofficial@gmail.com.

  • For missing items, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
