At Tajwale, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return process is simple and transparent.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

  • You have the proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as skincare products (opened) and innerwear/apparel (worn) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
