At Tajwale, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If things don't work out, our refund policy is designed to be fair and easy to follow.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To receive a refund, please ensure that:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging/tags intact.

  • The product is not part of our "Non-Refundable" list (e.g., opened skincare or personal care items).

2. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team in Lahore:

  1. We will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

3. Refund Methods

Since we primarily operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are typically issued through:

  • Bank Transfer (You will need to provide your IBAN and Account Title).

  • JazzCash or EasyPaisa (For faster processing).

  • Store Credit (If you prefer to buy something else from Tajwale instead).

Note: Please allow 3-5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. In this case, Tajwale will bear all shipping costs. Please provide a video of the unboxing or clear photos of the defect to speed up the process.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
