3. Refund Methods
Since we primarily operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are typically issued through:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. In this case, Tajwale will bear all shipping costs. Please provide a video of the unboxing or clear photos of the defect to speed up the process.
